Initial Consultations
We’ll provide a written, comprehensive
evaluation of your home inside and out.
This includes a detailed, room by room
action plan using the Room Ready
Handbook™. This may include
recommendations for minor repairs and
upgrades, ways to improve curb appeal,
colour recommendations - great
suggestions to get you well on your way
to appealing to a broad range of buyers.
The consultation can be up to two hours
depending on the size of the home. A
flat fee of $175.00 + GST is payable at
the time of the appointment. |

Staging = Showcasing Your Home
After the consultation, you'll be given
a proposal for the staging work.
Our Certified Staging Professionals™ will
come into your home and showcase your
home using lifestyle selling techniques
to help buyers emotionally connect to
the home and imagine themselves living
there.
Working within your budget we can help
showcase your home using only your
existing furniture and accessories or
we’ll bring in extras for a reasonable
rental fee. We can work with you or
leave all the work to us. We can clear
distracting clutter, update décor and rearrange your
furniture to improve traffic flow and
showcase your space.

Open House/Photography Preparation

artwork, throws and pillows. Monthly rental fee
