This includes a detailed, room by room action plan that will have the homeowner well on their way to appealing to a broader range of buyers. This two-hour consultation starts at just $175 + GST (depending on the size of home) and is worth every penny! As part of your Real Estate Team, we are trained and qualified to professionally evaluate the condition of a home without offending or upsetting your clients! The homeowners are then left with a staging proposal for us to return to showcase the home and give it that showhome flair!
